1. Pause Policy (For Group Classes)

If a student becomes ill or encounters significant personal circumstances, we offer the option to pause the course and issue store credit instead of a refund.

To be eligible for a pause, students must provide official documentation, such as a medical certificate or proof of emergency.

The store credit must be used within 12 months from the original course start date.

Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Refund Policy (For Group Classes)

Refunds are only available up to 7 days before the term start date.

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the term starting or after the course has commenced.
3. Private Lesson Policy

Private lessons cancelled on the day of the lesson are not refundable and will be fully charged.

Students must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson without penalty.

Rescheduling is allowed only once per 8 lessons.
